Green Beans:

2# green beans, uncut
1/2 # ground pork
1/4 cup dried minced garlic
1/4 cup green onions, minced
dash white pepper
cooking oil

Sauce: (In a bowl blend the following ingredients well)

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 Tbls sugar
1/2 Tbls MSG
1/4 cup oil

Heat oil to 375 degrees
Fry green beans about 1-2 minutes, remove from heat and set aside.
Heat a small amount of oil in a wok, add green onions, garlic and ground pork.
Cook 5 minutes
Turn down heat and add garlic and green beans. Add white pepper and sauce.
Cook another 5 seconds and remove from heat
