Sautéed Green Beans & Oyster Mushrooms in Garlic Sauce:

1 lb Green beans, blanched
2-3 Tbs. peanut oil
1/2 lb Oyster Mushrooms, cut to bite size
2-3 Tbs. Thai oyster sauce
8 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbs. fish sauce
pepper to taste

Swirl peanut oil in pan until hot; add garlic, blanched green beans, and mushrooms. Add enough oyster sauce to coat vegetables, and fish sauce to taste.
