Broccoli and Gorgonzola Gratin:

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 oz, package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 cup milk
3 cups broccoli, florets and stems cut into 1 inch pieces and cooked & al dente and drained
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a saucepan melt 2 tablespoons butter. Blend in the flour and cheeses. Add milk and whik to blend ingredients. Cook and stir until mixture boils. Stir in broccoli and mix well. Place in a 1 quart casserole dish. Mix the melted butter with the bradcrumbs. Sprinkle on top of broccoli and base for 30 minutes (or until bubbly.)
