BBQ Meatball Sandwiches:

1lb hamburger

4 sandwich rolls (long ones)

1 bottle honey smoke BBQ sauce

1 4oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained

1 packet beefy onion soup mix

Wondra flour for thickening

Combine the hamburger and onion soup in a bowl. Form meatballs and place in crock pot….. combine BBQ sauce,

pineapple in a bowl. Pour over meatballs.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Remove meatballs, turn crock pot on high and thicken sauce with Wondra flour and turn off crock pot, replace meatballs

Assembly: place meatballs on sandwich rolls Garnish with cheese, pineapple rings or any other favorite condiment.

Serves 4 hungry people or cut in two and serve 8.
