Fiesta Pasta Salad:

Ingredients

1 package salad macaroni cooked, drained and cooled
2 cups sour cream (can be light or regular)
1 jar chunky salsa (any variety)
3 Tbsp. cumin
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
1 can super sweet corn, drained
1 can low sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can diced green chilis or jalapenos
1 cup grated sharp cheddar

Mix together: sour cream, salsa, cumin, chili powder and cilantro
stir together all other ingredients into a bowl and mix in sauce.
chill before serving
