Bacon Ranch Potato Salad:
Ingredients
5lb. red potatoes-boiled and cooled
2 cups mayonnaise
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1/2 lb. bacon. cooked until crisp, and drained
1 bunch green onions sliced
Combine all ingredients except bacon in a large bowl and mash (I like to use
the electric mixer) until they are well mixed. Chill in the refrigerator
until ready to serve. Just before serving crush bacon and sprinkle over the
top.
This is an easy and delicious recipe that is a hit every time.
