Penne Pasta With Vodka Sauce

Ingredients:
1 pound cooked penne pasta
4 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 cup vodka
2 tablespoons plus a teaspoon of Pacific Sun Olive Oil
1 jar California Kitchen Artichoke Walnut Tapenade
1-1/2 cups heavy cream
Fresh grated parmesan for garnish
California Kitchen Spicy Garlic to taste

Saute garlic in olive oil until tender, do not brown. Add vodka and simmer for one minute. Add Artichoke Walnut Tapenade and heavy cream and bring to a rapid simmer for 10 minutes, then toss the penne pasta in. Add Spicy Garlic to taste. Top with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
