Zucchini Torte:

4 cups grated zucchini
2 1/2 cups grated cheese-mix of pepper jack and colby jack
1/2 cup bisquick mix
1-2 tbsp milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp spicy garlic
4 eggs slightly beaten

Mix everything together in large bowl. Pour into a 9 x 12 baking dish. Bake 350 for 35-45 minutes. Let stand for 5-10 minutes cut into squares and enjoy!
