Quiche:

Crust:

2 potatoes mashed
2 green onions chopped
dash milk
salt and pepper
2T flour

Press into greased pie plate. Bake 375 for 20min.

Filling:

1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c milk
3 eggs
2t mustard

Saute mushrooms, onions, zucchine, broccoli, green and red peppers. Cool and put into cream mixture. Put into pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 for 35-40 min.
