Mongolian Beef

1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
one bunch green onions, halved lengthwise
1/2 tsp dried minced garlic
2 large yellow onions, cut julienne
1# beef, sliced into 1/8" pieces
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 egg, beaten
cooking oil

Sauce: (In a bowl blend the following ingredients well)

1/4 cup soy sauce
1Tbls sugar
1/4 tsp MSG

Add egg, cornstarch, and 1 Tbsp oil to beef pieces. Mix well.
Heat 2 cups oil in a wok. Cook the beef until about ½ done.
Remove beef and set aside.
In remaining oil cook the, garlic and yellow onions for 25 seconds.
Add green onions and cook an additional 15 seconds.
Add beef, chili peppers, sauce and garlic in with the onions.
Cook about 8 seconds and remove from heat.
