Crab Cheese Puffs:
2 lbs wonton wrapper 1 lb cream cheese
1 cup green onion, minced
10 sticks imitation crab meat, shredded cooking oil
Sauce:
(In a bowl blend the following ingredients well)
1 Tbls tomato paste 1 1/2 cups water 1 Tbls rice vinegar
1 1/2 Tbls sugar 1 1/2 Tbls cornstarch
combine and cook in wok
Lay wonton wrappers flat
Place cheese in the center of each
Evenly divide shredded crab meat and place on the cheese
Top with more cheese
Sprinkle cheese with green onions
Fold edges of wrapper to make a puff
Heat oil to 375 degrees; make sure you have enough oil to cover each puff. Fry until golden brown.
Serve with dipping sauce.
