Stuffed Mushrooms:
6 strips of center cut bacon (cooked and chopped)
6 green onions
24 white button mushrooms (caps)
24 while button mushroom (stems) chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
Sauté green onions in small amount of left over bacon grease.
A dd mushroom stems and bread crumbs.
Add bacon.
Stir sauté mixture into cream cheese and grated cheese.
Fill mushroom caps and place in buttered baking dish or cookie sheet.
Brown in 350 oven or under broiler until warmed.
