Spicy Crab Tarts

Ingredients
1 small red pepper-chopped
1/2 small onion
1 medium tomato seeded
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp crushed basil
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp season salt
2 - 8 oz blocks of cream cheese
2 tbls sour cream
1 pack lump crab (or imitation crab if wanting to save a couple of dollars)
2 packs pre-made Philo dough cups
8-12 oz pack of shredded parmesan cheese
Mix pepper, onion, tomato, garlic,and spices in blender until liquid. Place
softened cream cheese and sour cream into mixer. Add vegies / spice mixture to
mixer and blend until smooth. Stir in crab with spoon. Place some of the
mixture into pastry decorating bag and use large opened tip. Squeeze
crab/cheese mixture into philo cups and top with parmesan cheese. Store in
sealed bowl in cooler until ready to serve. Use the rest of mixture for
chip, vegi, or cracker dip.
