Blue Garlic Spread

1/2 - 3/4 c. roasted garlic (can be toasted in a frying pan with olive oil)
1/4 c. blue cheese
1/4 t. fresh ground pepper
1 t. finely chopped fresh basil
2 T. olive oil

Whirl in food processor until it forms a paste, adding the olive oil in dribbles. Spread on toasted baguette slices or crackers. Adorn with a small piece of blue cheese and two small basil leaves.
