Homemade Sausage

Come join us with Karyn Harvey (Owner of California Kitchen) and her son and partner in their catering business Cory Fox for an awesome sausage making class!!
There are many reasons and benefits to making your own sausages, not the least of which is the enjoyment of grinding all your meats, and adding the spices and seeing the casings steadily grow as they get stuffed! You can go for a classic or create some of your wildest dreams, so let your imagination go wild and see what you can come up with. We will be making 5 different kinds in this class.
